Quality Control:

1. Inspect 30% of the incoming materials, if defective rate is over 3%, our QA will inspect all of them.

2.Trial-production: Before mass production, our production manage team will do assembly of 20-50 pcs as a test to find the points we have to pay attention to during mass assembly. After this trial-production, production manage team will have a instructions to the production line for matters needing attention.

3. Mass production start, unfinished-QA will do casual inspection and watch if there are any irregular assembly problems.

4. Watch head production finished, unfinished-QA do full inspection of them, check the functions and appearance of watch heads.

5. Test water resistance of the watch heads.

6. Assemble the straps to watch heads.

7. Time accuracy test for 24 hours at least.

8. Time accuracy test finished, finished product-QC test all watches' functions and appearance.

9. Do cleaning and pack watches.
